Preparing your child for their journey in martial arts, as well as life itself.

Lil Dragons at Team Karate Centers works to teach kids under the age of 6 the fundamentals of karate. Our curriculum works on motor skills, listening, and teamwork. We stress the avoidance of physical conflict with others, only using what we learn in class as a last resort. Whether this is your child’s first step in martial arts or only step, they will leave our program full of self confidence, discipline, respect, and perseverance.

Toddlers Class (Under 3 yrs)

Guardians and toddlers together work on the mat to learn important social and listening skills. Lots of fun games and activities to provide and understanding of structured play and to familiarize children with the class environment.

Lil’ Dragons Karate (3-6yrs)

Our class for 3-6 year olds ready to begin their martial arts journey. Along with learning foundational techniques (different kicks, punches, blocks, etc) they will be building focus and listening skills, strengthening their bodies and coordination, and promoting an active lifestyle.

Enrichment programs for schools, churches, and other groups. We bring our class to you! Our program can be catered towards different class sizes, as well as specific needs.

Who
we are

Team Karate Centers has been the leading martial arts school in the valley for over 40 years. Lil’ Dragons is a proud part of its team. Our program’s instructors are all members of the school’s advanced ranks. We work to provide the same standard of excellence in instruction, specially catered towards those of younger age. We are honored to play a part in Team Karate Centers’ rich history and strong community.
